Welcome to the She Delivers
At Pontypridd, we believe in driving change—literally and figuratively. That’s why we’re proud to be part of She Delivers, a groundbreaking initiative designed to break barriers and create opportunities for women in transport and logistics. Since its launch in September 2023, the program has already begun transforming lives, providing aspiring female professionals with the skills, support, and confidence to excel in traditionally male-dominated roles. From drivers and mechanics to logistics and operations personnel, these women are proving that “She Moves. She Belongs. She Delivers.”
This space will be dedicated to sharing the inspiring journeys of our She Delivers participants—their challenges, triumphs, and the impact this initiative is having on their careers and lives. She has driving experience with zero safety incidents. She brings to the industry energy and passion; and the promise of breaking barriers of women in the transport industry.

GRACE NDUMI MUTHUI
Supply Chain ManagementGrace holds a Certificate in Supply Chain Management and possesses excellent interpersonal skills and good work ethics. Grace gained solid experience with tracking of deliveries at KBL, collecting, analyzing and using data and preparing customized reports. He uniqueness was on how she delegated and escalated issues that made her stand out as an effective team player.

Commercial Truck DriverSally goes beyond the call of duty to be an integral part of the business ecosystem. She has excellent verbal and written communication, demonstrate empathy and is fully engaged at work. During the six-month She Delivers internship, Sally gained valuable skills in areas of motor vehicle maintenance and safety measures. She pursued a defensive driving course and possesses requisite work experience.

MechanicSeline Auma brings to the transport industry energy, positive attitude and focus. She has impressive understanding of the automotive mechanics, with skills for pre- and post-trip inspection of trucks, problem diagnosis and servicing. She has paramilitary training from National Youth Service and holds a Certificate in Automotive Engineering.
Elizabeth Wanjiru Kinyua
Commercial Truck Driver & Tracking OfficerElizabeth brings to the industry passion, experience and creativity. She undertook a National Youth Service paramilitary training and possesses a Certificate in Mechanical engineering at NYS. She is a fast learner, team player, work under minimal supervision and accepts criticism positively. She has good communication skills and quick response to emergencies.

Commercial Truck DriverElizabeth demonstrates good grasp of the transport industry dynamics and ability to navigate the challenges thereof. She is resilient, positive and hardworking. She has excellent defensive-driving skills and understands the Kenyan roads and highways.
