At Pontypridd, we believe in driving change literally and figuratively. That’s why we’re proud to be part of She Delivers, a groundbreaking initiative designed to break barriers and create opportunities for women in transport and logistics. Since its launch in September 2023, the program has already begun transforming lives, providing aspiring female professionals with the skills, support, and confidence to excel in traditionally male-dominated roles. From drivers and mechanics to logistics and operations personnel, these women are proving that “She Moves. She Belongs. She Delivers.”
This space will be dedicated to sharing the inspiring journeys of our She Delivers participants—their challenges, triumphs, and the impact this initiative is having on their careers and lives.
