She Delivers Welcomes Cohort 3

She Delivers is proud to welcome Cohort 3—a vibrant group of 25 ambitious young women ready to challenge norms and embrace bold career paths in male-dominated industries. From the moment they arrived, these dynamic individuals hit the ground running, carrying dreams of success, transformation, and purpose.

Welcoming the new cohort, Program Director Stella Mputhia expressed excitement and pride.

“Over the last two years, we’ve nurtured She Delivers from a dream into a tested model. Today, we’re onboarding Cohort 3 using ‘known knowns’—lessons and insights from our journey so far. Our refined program is now more future-focused than ever, preparing young women not just for employment, but for life.”

Running from February to August 2025, the She Delivers program blends technical training with life-skills coaching—a unique dual approach that builds not only professional competency but also confidence, emotional intelligence, and self-worth. These are the essential pillars for success in both career and personal life.

Diverse Backgrounds, Unified Purpose

Cohort 3 comprises degree and diploma holders from across Kenya, training in fields such as:

Truck Driving

• Mechanics
• ICT Support & Systems
• Logistics & Operations
• Business Management

This immersive six-month internship program offers specialized, hands-on learning tailored to each participant’s focus area, while simultaneously equipping them with soft skills to navigate workplace dynamics and life challenges.

Despite initial nerves, the interns exude optimism. They see She Delivers as the launchpad to their dreams, a space to grow into the trailblazing women they’ve always aspired to be.

Rising to the Challenge

Expectations are high—Cohorts 1 and 2 set impressive benchmarks. But if history is anything to go by, Cohort 3 is poised to rise even higher.

As we walk this path using hard-earned knowledge and experience, we’re confident that these young women will become the future faces and voices of Kenya’s transport and logistics sector—bold, brilliant, and unstoppable.
