The She Delivers interns are assessed by both formative and summative assessment methods to
ascertain the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes throughout the experiential internship
program. This evaluation is purely formative and is filled by the immediate supervisor(s) after careful
observation and consideration. The information shall be used for computing grades for certification and
giving feedback to both the interns and the organization.
